Delete User Withdrawal Account
Prerequisite: Your account type is User Account.
Step 1: On the
Account Informationpage, selectDelete Account.
Step 2: Enter the password in the popup
Delete Account.
Step 3: Click the
Continue buttonif you want to delete your account completely.
Step 4: The screen displays a successfully deleted popup.
If you want to undo the delete account action within the next 10 days, please log in again. Then, Dart-Store sends you an email to confirm you can use your account again.
Until day 8 of 10 days, since you deleted your account and have not logged in, Dart-Store will send you an email reminding you to undo the delete account action.
After 10 days, since you deleted the account successfully when you log in with the deleted account, the screen will show a popup like the one below:
Besides, after deleting the account, when you sign up for a new account with the ID/ Email of deleted account, the screen will show these error messages.
When you purchase a module from deleted account screen after the developer deletes the account successfully, the screen will display like the one below:
Delete Developer Withdrawal Account
Prerequisite: Your account type is a Developer account.
For Developer Account, please follow the guideline below to open Account Information.
Step 1: On the main screen of Dr.Dart-Store, click the
Profileicon at the bottom left corner, and thePublish Portalpage will appear.
Step 2: Open the
Account InformationpageOn the top right of the screen:
(1) Click the
⋮icon(2) Select the
Settingoption
Step 1: On the
Account Informationpage, selectDelete Account.
Step 2: Enter the password in the popup
Delete Account.
Step 3: Click the
Continuebutton if you want to delete your account completely.
Step 4: Sending the request to delete the account is finished.
If you cancel your request to delete the account by logging in to the account before admin approves/ rejects it, you can take your account back. Then Dart-Store will send an email to inform you that you can use your account again.
If you undo the delete account action by logging in to the account within 10 days since the admin approved your request to delete the account, you can take your account back. Then Dart-Store will send undo the delete account action successfully email.
Until day 8 of the period of 10 days since admin approved your request to delete the account, and you have not logged in, Dart-Store will send you an email reminding you to undo the delete account action.
After 10 days since the admin approved the request to delete the account when you log in with the deleted account, the screen will show the following popup.
Besides, after deleting the account, when you sign up for a new account with the ID/ Email of deleted account, the screen will show these error messages.
