Manage Refund Request

The customer will request a refund if the new purchase cannot meet their's demand. You can approve or reject a customer's request as a Seller Account.

1	Search bar	Search by `Name`, `Purchase Other No.`, `Issue`, or `Status` to see the refund Management.
2	Requested Date	The date on which the customer made a refund.
3	Updated Date	The date you respond to the customer's requirement for a refund.

5	Status	There are four statuses: Requested for refund. Refund approved. Refunded. Refund Rejected.
6	Three dots vertical	There are 4 options corresponding to the Status. If Status is Requested for Refund, the icon shows 2 options: View: It is used to view the Requisition of Customers. Respond: It is used to approve, refund or reject a customer's request. If the Status is Refund approved, Refunded, or Refund rejected, the icon shows 1 option: View: It is used to view information that is your response to a customer's refund request.
