Mac with Intel Chip
Apple silicon(M1)
Note: Docker supports Docker Desktop on the most recent versions of macOS. That is the current release of macOS and the previous two releases. As new major macOS versions are made generally available, Docker stops supporting the oldest and newest versions of macOS (in addition to the previous two releases). Docker Desktop currently supports macOS Catalina, macOS Big Sur, and macOS Monterey.
For more information, please refer to Install on Mac | Docker Documentation.
2. Installation
Step 1. Download and Install the newest Dart-Service file in Download Center.
Info.
An Internet connection is required to install Dart-Services.
Note.
Dart-Services uses the Docker Desktop internally. The Docker Desktop is for Free Only to Small Companies (fewer than 250 employees and less than $10 million in annual revenue). Free Docker is a better option if your company is bigger. Instead of this Docker desktop, you can use this:
If not, you must choose the paid Docker right here:
Step 2. When the installation is complete, the following window appears.
Step 3. After clicking the
Check Specification
button, it will automatically search the PC's environment and set up the Docker environment. Also, it chooses Disk Space C as default folder to save.
Info.
Depending on the system environment, it may take several minutes to longer to check the system.
If an error happens, you can solve this problem with the corresponding solution below:
OS System: Your computer must meet the following criteria:
Window
Windows 11 64-bit: Home or Pro version 21H2 or higher, or Enterprise or Education version 21H2 or higher.
Windows 10 64-bit: Home or Pro 21H1 (build 19043) or higher, or Enterprise or Education 20H2 (build 19042) or higher.

Mac OS
It must be version 10.15 or newer. That is Catalina, Big Sur, or Monterey.
We recommend upgrading to the latest version of macOS.
VirtualBox
VirtualBox prior to version 4.3.30 must not be installed as it is not compatible with Docker Desktop. You should install the other VirtualBox versions that are different from this version.
Memory (RAM): If your computer's RAM is less than 8GB, you should upgrade it.
Disk space: Disk space must be more than 15GB. If not, please upgrade it.
After resolving the issue, you can click the Check Specification
button again.
Step 4: If the rules are successful, click the
Setup Installation
button.
Then, wait for the installation progress.
Info.
If the installation progress fails, you can click More detail
to view the error.
Step 5: After installing successfully, click the
Finish
